Poe versus "Shakesphere"

Dear and Wonderful Folks and Fellow Poe Fans,
I only discovered Poe, a few years ago, but he IS DEFINITELY MY FAVORITE WRITER OF ALL TIME
(WILLIAM SHAKESPHERE does run a close second) But, I can't stop ravin' about this site!!! EXCELLENT! I am an aspiring writer myself, and offer this small tribute:
O Sorrowing Dove
O Poor Lost Brother, how little,
O Poor Bird, they understood, but you knew, all the frailties of Life and Man,
Though set adrift, yet an anchor you became, to other misbegotten Souls,
Would that more Light was shed upon, you,
Yet Know, Your Songs are sung with joy and love,
You now, A bright Beacon from Above.

PF replies: Great poem! It's nice to see that POE and SHAKESPHERE are having it out in that virtual ZOO of yours complete with zebras, turtles, and hippos! POE might not be the clear winner because that "Beacon from Above" line in your poem could be the global spirit of the great Shakesphere!!! hehehe
